Week Recap and Runnerbox Winner

This week, I’ve started to slowly get back into running. My training plan begins officially a week from Sunday,so this week I’ve been working mostly with my trainer on my core and mixing in a little running. I’m not sure what I did to him, but he kicked my core’s butt this week!
