Between work, school and working out I haven’t had much time to do much of anything else. Thankfully, Schwan’s Home Delivery has been a total lifesaver.
Schwan’s Home Delivery is a grocery service that delivers a variety of meals and groceries to your house – major time saver! On their website you can select from a wide variety of meals, sides, snacks etc. Schwan’s makes it super easy to shop too; you can filter products by meals for 1-4, courses, and my favorite: their healthy LiveSmart line.
The LiveSmart baked mozzarella bites might be my favorite mozzarella sticks…EVER! They were seriously that good. They were super goo-ey, flavorful and only 50 calories each…and ready in a few minutes.
For dinner, I used the Philly Beef Steak to create a quick and easy 10 Minute Philly Cheesesteak
Ingredients
1 individual package Schwan’s Philly Beef Steak
1 Slice Reduced Fat Provolone Cheese (I used Alpine Lace)
French Bread, cut in half (I used a store brand and cut into thirds. I also scoop out some of the insides to reduce calories, but that’s totally optional)
Directions
1.Preheat oven to 450
2. While the oven’s preheating, prepare the Schwan’s Philly Beef Steak by cooking on a hot skillet for 1 minute, each side.
3. Once the oven is preheated, put the bread halves in to slightly toast (about 2-3 minutes)
4. After the bread is toasted, take out and fill each bread half with half the Philly Beef Steak. Top with half the provolone slice, and put back. Bake for 3-4 minutes, or until the cheese is melted
I served these with homemade french fries on the side, but they’d also be good with either chips or a salad!

I used to get Schwan’s hen my kids were young and my mom got it too when I was growing up. I remember that they had these pizza burgers that I just loved. Funny now because I don’t eat red meat because I don’t particularly like it. Must’ve been the cheese.

I LOVE Schwans. We used to get it all the time growing up. My favorite splurge was this delicious brownie sundae, I don’t even know if they have it anymore.
