I’ve been loving using my compression socks for recovery, but with this marathon training I’ve started to wonder..what if I use them during my run? Quite a few of my runner friends swear by them, so I figured why not try it?

I wore my compression socks during my long run yesterday. I never really suffer from sore calves during my run, but after I’m usually sore for a bit later.
WOW. Why hadn’t I tried these out sooner for running? After running 11 miles, my legs didn’t feel like I had just run distance. Hours later, my legs still weren’t sore..awesome!
