When I first started upping my miles during training for Disneyland Half Marathon, I experienced crazy pain in my knees that I never had before. After trying different braces for both my knee and IT band, I found a solution: KT Tape.
Not only has KT Tape helped me with my knee pain during my distance runs, but they also helped me with plantar fasciitis. I had never had that issue before, but after the Disney Half Marathon I could feel my foot starting to hurt. I tried during the Disney Marathon taping my foot in addition to my knees and I was able to complete the race pain free.
This tape has been amazing and has changed how I run…and I’m happy to announce I am now sponsored by KT Tape! I am really excited to be working with such a great company and am so thankful for this opportunity!

Awesome! Good for you!
The first time I saw this was at the crossfit games and I was so confused I must try it!

I still have to try that! Luckily I don’t run with a lot of pain.
Very cool! Good for you!
I’ve been curious about KT tape ever since I saw it all over the Olympians in London. I don’t understand how it works, but it sounds like it does!
