During the runDisney Marathon Weekend Meetup, I was introduced to H2O Plus Oasis Mist and Softening Mint Foot Rub – necessities for the Goofy Challenge weekend!

I LOVE that foot cream! I used it after the half – amazing stuff. My favorite way to recover from a race is put on flip flops and chug some Gatorade/Powerade…I’m a simple girl.
My favorite recovery is foam rolling. It really gets all the tension out after my workout. That mist sounds devine.

The first thing I do after a run or WOD is wash the sweet off of my face – if even with just a wet wipe!
