Core Power Giveaway

Good morning! This week has been super busy for me to say the least. Earlier this week I registered for my final MBA course and submitted my graduation paperwork – it’s becoming so real that I’m graduating in May (finally)! This term has been extremely hectic so far and May just can’t come soon enough.

Even though school’s been a slight distraction, I’ve been able to keep somewhat on track with my goals for 2014. One of my goals was to improve my goals is to break 20 minutes in the 5K and part of how I’m going to do it is putting a big focus on cross training. Core Power‘s helped me out by sending me this HUGE fit kit so I can get in some of my cross training at home!

Where to even begin? Inside the fit kit is:

Core Power Protein Drinks

I’ve been a fan of Core Power ever since I learned about how important it is to recover after workouts with protein. I’m usually picky when it comes to protein drinks but Core Power’s proven it is possible that protein drinks can taste good! My personal favorite is the chocolate flavor, but they also have vanilla, banana and strawberry banana. Best of all they come in 2 different types: 26g and 20g – making them perfect for even after less-intense workouts. Core Power was also recently named the official protein drink of the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games!

Gym Bag

I’m in love with this super heavy-duty BIG!! gym bag. I can fit everything I need for a trip (or 700) to the gym – HUGE!

Balance Ball

Great for at home ab workouts! I had never really used a balance ball before but when I started physical therapy for my knee last year my PT taught me so many different exercises. I’m excited to be able to do them at home.

Yoga mat, Camelbak Water Bottle and Gym Towel

A must have for the gym! You can never have too many water bottles – especially Camelbak waterbottles (lovelovelove!)

Want one? Core Power is going to send one lucky MSP Run reader their own complete Fit Kit! The giveaway will run through Friday, January 31 at 11:59PM EST and is open to only US Residents – good luck!
