This week I’ve started back up with Insanity – yes, restarting again. I took a 2 week break from it following the Goofy Challenge to let my body rest and to get caught up in school.

It’s been tough to get in working out lately – I’m taking 2 courses this term and I’m in the process of moving. Yup, I’m moving yet again! I’m in the process of selling my house and buying a new house closer to downtown with both having pretty quick closing dates – needless to say it’s a little stressful. I didn’t realize how much I’d miss living so close to the city and I’m happy to be able to return back before the Spring. The best part is my new house is right next to a park and near a few lakes with lots of running trails!
Even with moving, work and classes there really isn’t an excuse not to exercise. It might mean I have to wake up a little earlier, but it’s a sacrifice I’m willing to make to get to my sub-20 minute 5K this summer. Bring on the coffee!
